We request marketing consent through a clear, optional checkbox or similar action. This checkbox is never pre-ticked and requires a deliberate choice from you.

For marketing purposes, we only use the contact details you provide to us, primarily your email address.

How We Record Consent

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting your ability to use the service.

Right of Access
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you. You can view your personal data directly within the application at any time. If you require a complete copy, you can use the in-app “Export Data” feature or contact us at info@profiled.dk.

Right to Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated personal data instantly through the in-app “Delete Account” feature. Once deleted, your data will be removed from our production systems immediately.

Right to Data Portability
You can export all personal data we hold about you in a machine-readable JSON format through the in-app “Export Data” button. This export includes your CV content, contact information, and account metadata.

Right to Object to Processing
You can withdraw your consent for optional processing activities, specifically analytics and tracking, at any time via the in-app privacy settings. Once withdrawn, these activities will stop immediately for your account. If you object to processing that is necessary for the provision of our service, you may delete your account using the in-app deletion feature.

Right to Rectification
If any of the personal data we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can update it directly in the application, may certain data attributes be out of scope for the application to edit, you are incentivized to contact us to correct said data.

Right to Restrict Processing
In certain circumstances, you may request that we temporarily stop processing your data without deleting it. Please contact us if you wish to exercise this right.

How to Exercise Your Rights
Most rights can be exercised through the application directly. For any other requests, please contact us at info@profiled.dk. We may require verification of your identity before fulfilling your request.
