We collect and process the following types of personal data when you use Profiled:
4. How we use your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To allow you to create and work with your CV for selected job applications.
- Service Improvement: To monitor and improve our platform using anonymized analytics.
- Security: To protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity
5. How we share your data
We only share your personal data with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting).
- Legal authorities when required by law.
All third-party processors operate under GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
6. Data storage and transfers
- All personal data is stored on servers located in the European Union.
- Some processors may store or access data outside the EU, but only with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
- We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service. If you delete your account, data is removed immediately from production systems and eventual backups.

As a user located in the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of Access
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you. You can view your personal data directly within the application at any time. If you require a complete copy, you can use the in-app “Export Data” feature.
Right to Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated personal data instantly through the in-app “Delete Account” feature. Once deleted, your data will be removed from our production systems immediately.
Right to Data Portability
You can export all personal data we hold about you in a machine-readable JSON format through the in-app “Export Data” feature. This export includes your CV content, contact information, and account metadata.
Right to Object to Processing
You can withdraw your consent for optional processing activities, specifically analytics and tracking, at any time via the in-app privacy settings. Once withdrawn, these activities will stop immediately for your account. If you object to processing that is necessary for the provision of our service, you may delete your account using the in-app deletion feature.
Right to Rectification
If any of the personal data we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can update it directly in the application, may certain data attributes be out of scope for the application to edit, you are incentivized to contact us to correct said data.
Right to Restrict Processing
In certain circumstances, you may request that we temporarily stop processing your data without deleting it.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Most rights can be exercised through the application directly. For any other requests, please contact us at info@profiled.dk. We may require verification of your identity before fulfilling your request.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption, pseudonymization, and regular security audits.
